Below you’ll find some of our most frequently asked questions. If you have a specific query that is not answered below, feel free to contact us.

You can order at any time, choosing one of our delivery periods at checkout. However, the phone line is attended to between the hours of 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.

We currently deliver to areas in Kingston and St. Andrew.

There is no minimum order amount.

Currently we accept cash and credit/debit cards on delivery, and direct deposit (details of which you will see at checkout).

We don’t currently accept payments online, but the option is coming soon.

We will contact you to try as best as possible to find a suitable substitute or remove the item from your order. An updated invoice will also be sent immediately to reflect any price adjustments.

If you change it at least 24 hours before there will be no penalties.  However, there may be charges for restocking or redelivery after that.

We do need a person to be there physically to collect your order, but it does not have to be you.

You may assign someone else to collect your order on your behalf by calling 876 575-2041.

We have a no questions asked refund policy which allows you to return a defective or damaged item at the time of delivery if you are unsatisfied with the quality of the product. You will be refunded in the form of store credit, which can be used on future orders
